It is offered to those searching for new job opportunities among growing information & communication technology sector and wish to update and/or strengthen their project management skills. Companies in ICT and other sectors are searching for suitable recruits and candidates via this program. The application process is organized by TE-toimisto and the actual selection process by participating companies. ICT Project Talent program is targeted at persons in transition (i.e. facing unemployment or currently unemployed) and thus searching for new job opportunities. In addition you should have a commercial or technical background. You might possess a long work experience or you may be a recent graduate searching for your first job. Duration of the program is 8 months, which consists of A) actual project work (appr. 120 days) in suitable company and B) TalentGate?s continuing business training (appr. 40 days). Lecturers and speakers represent e.g. universities and ICT-companies. The training focuses mainly on developing your project management skills. You will also enhance your knowledge on different types of ICT-projects via case studies. The training includes IPMA's (International Project Management Association) D-level certification process. Training is conducted mainly in English.
