Kuvaus	The primary target group is immigrants with a higher education degree who are unemployed or at risk of unemployment. The training is also suitable for Finns with a higher education who have stayed abroad for a long time or who have the abilities to work in trade abroad due to their long experience. Students selected must have a good knowledge of English and preferably some knowledge of foreign trade.
Lisätiedot	The training aims at providing the students with understanding and competence in internationalisation requirements, strategic planning of international sales and marketing, and systematic implementation of the internationalisation process in new markets. The training is implemented as blended learning including contact, distance and online teaching. The training includes a 5-month on-the-job learning period in a company. The training is conducted in English. Contents: * Business English * Project management * Market surveys * International marketing * Export competence, distribution channels, network marketing * Contracts, legal issues, documents * Safety in international business * Financing possibilities, support possibilities * Personal sales work * Data processing, person and product risk management * Job search training . Application: Application for the training takes place at the websites of the Ministry of Employment and the Economy at www.mol.fi with the online form or with a form available at the Employment and Economic Development Office. Students will be selected to the training based on the application and interview and thus it is worth filling in the application form carefully.
