According to
section 80, subsection 1, subparagraph 1, of the Aliens Act, an alien has the
right to gainful employment if he or she has been issued with a residence
permit for studying if the employment is a traineeship required for a
qualification, if the amount of part-time work does not exceed 20 hours a week
or if full-time work is carried out at a time when there are no actual classes
at the educational institution.
