According to section 79, subsection 2, of the Aliens Act, aliens who
have been issued with a temporary residence permit on the basis of family ties
as a family member of an alien who has been issued with a temporary residence
permit for an employed or self-employed person have the right to gainful
employment.
In the provision the quality of the work has not been restricted.
